By accessing or using AI Vault you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Vault. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. Users aged 13–18 require parental consent. You may not use the Service if it is prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
Free accounts receive a daily usage quota that resets at midnight UTC. Pro plans (monthly subscription) raise the limit. Lifetime plans grant unlimited usage permanently, subject to fair use. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.
You agree not to use AI Vault to generate illegal content, harassment, malware, or content infringing intellectual property. You are responsible for all outputs you generate, download, or share. High-volume automated usage without prior written approval is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Pro plans auto-renew monthly — cancel any time from the Billing page with access continuing until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time charge. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service is materially not as described. Contact support@aivault.app to request one.
AI Vault is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate — always verify before relying on them professionally, legally, or medically. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
